Exhibitors
are invited to display information during session breaks and the Science Fair.

The exhibit program will occur in close proximity to all program sessions and activities on Level 2 of the Hilton Washington DC/Silver Spring Hotel. Set up begins at 7 AM, Wednesday, March 24 with dismantling between 1 PM and 2 PM on Friday, March 26, 2010.

Exhibit provisions are as follow:

  • 1 - 6' draped table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 waste basket
  • Recognition in the printed conference program
  • one complementary conference registration packet

CANCELLATIONS:
Exhibitor cancellations occurring prior to March 16 will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after 03/16/2010.
